Hey everyone! B&M Dive Coasters are represented in game by the Vertical Drop Rollercoaster! You can find these in many parks, and their vertical drop is always an eyecatcher! These rides typically aren't very long, and usually only have a few other elements other than the vertical drop. Most of them have an Immelmann inversion after the vertical drop, and then often you will find another inversion somewhere in the track. Some of them have a second steep drop, but most of the times it isn't actually vertical.

The addition of the Dive Loop track piece to OpenRCT2 has made making these coasters a lot nicer! It allows you to make a really smooth transition after the vertical drop. The standard Six-Seater Twister trains don't have sprites for most inversions though, so it will look a little bit wonky if you don't use custom vehicles! Corkscrews should probably be avoided, as the vehicles will travel through those pretty much sideways. Other inversions will typically look decent.
In the following video you will see how to build your own Dive Coaster! It also shows you how to add some nice custom supports to the track!
For the people who are interested, here's an older tutorial I made for building a Dive Coaster. It's pretty outdated, and I do some things which I now would no longer do! (Like building corkscrews on a Dive Coaster).
